ITC is located in the Gold Building, near Workman Hall. Our email address is help@nmt.edu and our phone number is 575-835-5700. 

During the Fall and Spring semesters, the Help Desk is open from 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri. During the summer, it is open from 8-5, Mon-Fri.

If you have a critical issue in the Fall/Spring Semesters you may call us between 6pm and 9pm, Mon-Fri, you can call 575-835-5700 and it will forward to an on call phone.

For emergencies please contact Campus Police and they can contact ITC: 575-835-5434.

We currently provide Mathematica and End Note for personal student and faculty use. To receive an End Note installer and serial number, please email the ITC Help Desk (help@nmt.edu).
