NOTE: Registration is open to NMT students.
Registering for the SRS is easy! Just fill out this SRS 2026 Registration & Abstract Submission Form and select all of the categories you'd like to participate in. Only one registration is needed for any and all categories (just be sure to select all).
NOTE: Some categories require that you submit an abstract. You must include them in the form when registering for the SRS.

We provide workshops for all the SRS categories! Registration is required for all events. Check SRS Workshops for more information and how to register.
HUMAN SUBJECT RESEARCH (IRB)
Institutional Review Board (IRB) statement: If your project includes human research subjects, even in a non-invasive capacity, you may need IRB Approval. If you need IRB approval,
it is your responsibility to obtain it and provide the SRS committee with a copy of the IRB approval.

NOTE ON THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES: As per the 2024-2025 NMT Catalog, "Registration as a student and attendance at or participation in classes and other
campus and New Mexico Tech activities constitutes an agreement by the student to the
New Mexico Tech's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the student's
image or voice in photographs, video or audio capture, or electronic reproductions
of such classes and other campus and New Mexico Tech activities."
If you do not wish to appear on any photos, just ask for the "No Photos Please" sticker
when checking in at the SRS events.
