Information Technology and Communications
Welcome to the New Mexico Tech Information Technology and Communications department (ITC). We endeavor to keep this information about our organization and the services we provide as up-to-date and useful as possible. ITC is located in the Gold Building, near Workman Hall. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org and our phone number is 575-835-5700.
During the Fall and Spring semesters, the Help Desk is open from 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri. During the summer, it is open from 8-5, Mon-Fri.
If you have a critical issue in the Fall/Spring Semesters you may call us between 6pm and 9pm, Mon-Fri, you can call 575-835-5700 and it will forward to an on call phone.
For emergencies please contact Campus Police and they can contact ITC: 575-835-5434.

We currently provide Mathematica and End Note for personal student and faculty use. To receive an End Note installer and serial number, please email the ITC Help Desk (email@example.com).
