Playas residents and visitors do enjoy some amenities.

The Copper Pins, a six-lane bowling alley, is available during operating hours and only full Tuesday nights for bowling leagues.

The Copper Pins Grill serves up a variety of choices...breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Playas Store is in the same building and carries convenience items and PTRC merchandise. It also has a free "lending library" of books and audiobooks.

At the town park, there are horseshoe pits, playground equipment, and a covered area for karaoke during town celebrations.

Basketball and tennis facilities are available for use, with equipment located at the Playas Store.

A workout center available any time contains stationary bikes, as well as weight equipment.

There are plans to build a new recreation center with pool, games, and weight room.
