Patent Committee

 

The patent committee may review and consider invention disclosures from the New Mexico Tech community and make recommendations to the Office of Innovation Commercialization on the filing of patent applications.

The committee may also make recommendations on the expenditure of funds related to patent license activity. This committee shall consist of the Executive Director for the Office of Innovation Commercialization, the NMT Vice President for Research, and one member from the NMTRPC board.
