Plan an Outreach Event

Important Forms

Event Registration Form: Register your event once it is planned with the Department of Outreach. We will make sure that others know about your event by listing it on the Outreach Calendar.
Post-Event Report Form: Help the Department of Outreach to collect data on your event after it has concluded. We want to see your evaluation of the event in order to monitor the overall success of the university's outreach efforts.
