This 50-minute gentle yoga class is FREE to all students, faculty, and staff. All equipment is provided. Just wear something comfortable. The class is located in room 1 of the gym at the base of the stairs as you are about to enter the weight room. This is a great way to break up the day and focus on your health and well-being. Bring a friend! This class is held on the first Friday AND last Friday of every month during the spring semester.
