Stress Relief Yoga - CANCELLED

Come enjoy 50 minutes of deep breathing and stretching every last Friday of the month during the spring 2020 academic semester. The session begins at 12:05 p.m. and ends at 12:55 p.m. Classes are in room 1 in the gym. No yoga experience needed. Yoga mats and props are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
