Join the fun for the 130th anniverary of the founding of the New Mexico School of Mines for the annual 49ers Celebration. 

The homecoming weekend continues Friday, which is an academic holiday. No classes! The Bureau of Geology will have tours of the labs and museum.

7 a.m. - Paint the 'M'. Registration starts at 7 a.m. The run starts at 8 a.m. Free lunch and T-shirts to all who participate.  Pre-registration information will be available soon. 

10 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Alumni registration at Fidel Center

10 a.m. - Gold Rush golf scramble at the golf course. 

All day - NMT swag day. Wear your NMT gear to show your school pride!

Noon to 7 p.m. - Block party with the mobile video game truck will be on Campus Drive 

1 to 5 p.m. - Heritage mining competitions. Try your hand at hydraulic drilling, two-person saw, and more

1 p.m. - 2nd Annual NMT Chile Day events. Ristra competition, ristra makign class and cornhole tourney. Registration required at https://advancement.nmt.edu/-nmt-pages/2019-nmt-chile-day 

2 p.m. - Rugby tailgate

2 p.m. - Technical Communication alumni ice cream social at Fitch Hall. 

2 to 8 p.m. - Fall concert at the SAC

3:30 p.m. - Women's rugby game. 

4:15 p.m. - President Wells announcement at the Athletic Field 

4:30 p.m. - Black and Blue rugby game. The alumni take on the students. 

4:30 p.m. - Alumni reunion social for CLASS/Humanities, Mechanical Enginering and Bureau of Geology at the Athletic Field

8 p.m. - Alumni gathering and live music at the Capitol Bar. Steampunk tea dueling and hot dog night at 8 p.m. Live music by Wredempshun

9 p.m. - Waffle Rave in the SAC
