Run for Your Life 5k run and 1 mile walk

Join your community for the Run for Your Life 5k Run/Walk and One Mile Walk. This family friendly event is designed to encourage people of all ages to get out and walk or run. For those counting steps, this is a great chance to meet your goal. The race course starts at the Socorro City Plaza, loops around New Mexico Tech, and returns to the Plaza.

Race Fees:
Adults: 5K Run, 5K Walk $25
Adults: One Mile Walk $20
K-12: 5K Run, 5K Walk, One Mile $10

Start time is 8:30 a.m.

Be a Super Hero for Health, prizes for best Healthy Superhero Costume (child, adolescence, adult)

The top finishing runners by age group and the oldest and youngest runners will receive medals. All participants get a t-shirt, a lunch bag, a $5 farmer's market food voucher (per family), a safe course, and post-race refreshments.
