Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation
Four 30-minute short classes on mindfulness offered to support and help students cope with everyday stress, anxiety and depression. Participants will learn what mindfulness is, and how we can use mindfulness to work with our inner critic, develop resilience and cultivate kindness in our lives, for ourselves and for others.
