Booth-Jail fundraiser for recycling program
49ers Participants, The days of reckoning are coming this week for your friends, faculty, students, co-workers, and family members. There will be a 49ers Jail at the Block Party on College Drive next Friday (10:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.) and Saturday (2:00-9:00 p.m.) for those hooligans and laws breakers. You can help incarcerate them for 5, 10, 15 or 30 years minutes for their unruly ways. Swear out an arrest warrant for the amount of time you desire them to be behind bars. However, 49ers Law allow prisoners to post bail to avoid serving their time. Prisoners can post their own bail or call-out to a friend or family member or acquaintance to help raise the bail money. Prisoners may also get lucky and get out on an early release program if there is overcrowding in the jail. Please study up on the law, jail rules, and your rights below: Arrest Warrant Sentences/ Bail Fees Time Served Amounts
$2 3 Minutes $1 $4 5 Minutes $2 $8 15 Minutes $4 $10 30 Minutes $5
There is no rule against getting busted multiple times in the same day. Cell phone call-outs are permitted if prisoners need to raise bail. For a small bribe, inmates may have their photos taken. All proceeds from this 49ers Jail Fundraiser will go toward Tech’s Recycling Program. Only willing volunteers will be arrested. Please play along if you are able and willing. You could end up on the wrong side of the bars during this year’s 49ers festivities. Have fun! ![]() |
