NMT Fall 2020 Student Drive-thru & Walk-up Check-ins

New Mexico Tech is requiring all students planning to be on campus this fall to check-in prior to the start of face-to-face classes.  The check-ins are scheduled to take place in the Fidel Center parking lot area on:

  • Wednesday, Aug. 12 through Sunday, Aug. 16, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Monday, Aug. 17, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Please see the Drive-thru & Walk-up traffic flow maps below for these check-ins.  Please note the no parking areas for these various dates.  The set-up is similar to the Pre-quarantine Drive-thru Check-in we held on July 31st.  At these check-ins, students will receive an initial health screening, receive their NMT Fall 2020 Campus Safety Kit, and additional information (e.g. Post Office Box, Meal Plans, etc.).  New students who have submitted a photo and needed information can also pick-up their NMT Student ID Cards at the check-in otherwise, during these check-in times they would need to go to the Fire & Ice Lounge in the Fidel Center to have their ID card made. After Sunday, Aug. 16, students needing an ID card should go up to the Office of the Registrar on the second floor of the Fidel Center during normal business hours.
