The Couch to 5K program kicks off Tuesday, Feb. 27, and continues for nine weeks. Anyone interested should meet at the gym at 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays for a 30 minute run. By the end of the nine weeks, participants should be able to run 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) in about 30 minutes.
