Time Event
9-11 a.m. Orientation Registration and Check In, Continental Breakfast (Fidel Student Center Atrium)
10 a.m. Official welcome with NMT President Dr. Stephen Wells (Behind NMT Rose Garden)
10 a.m.-Noon NMT Club Fair and Information Booths (Fidel Student Center Atrium)
10 a.m. - 5 p.m. General Information Table in the Fidel Student Center Atrium. All Students Services Departments are open, Cashier's Office is open from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
10 a.m. Students Only: Take Care of Business (TCOB)
NMT Post Office - Get your post office box set up
Registrar's Office - Take your NMT Student Id photo
RAVE System sign up (Fidel Center Computer Pod)
Bookstore - Students may purchase their books
10:30 a.m. - Noon Residence Hall Tours - Starting in the NMT Housing Office.
10:30 a.m.  - West, Driscoll, and President's Halls
11 a.m. - South Hall
11:30 a.m. - Torres and Baca Halls
11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Welcome Lunch at Chartwell's Dining Hall
Lunch Schedule:
Red Dot - 11:30 a.m.
Blue Dot - 11:45 a.m.
Yellow Dot - 12 p.m.
Black Dot - 12:15 p.m.
1 - 2 p.m. Students - Meet your new classmates at the Student Social and Focus Group, Fidel Student Center, third floor, Ballroom C
1 - 2:30 p.m. NMT Parents Matter and Focus Group, Workman Center, Room 101
2 - 5 p.m. Advising and Registration on the third floor of the Fidel Student Center
(please refer to the back of your name tag to find out which registration wave you are in)
2-2:30 p.m. - First Wave (unregistered students)
2:30-3 p.m. - Second Wave (unregistered students)
3-4 p.m. - All Departments are open for Q&A.
2 - 4:30 p.m. (MANDATORY, Students only) Title IX Training with Dr. Peter Phaiah in the Fidel Student Center, third floor, Ballroom C 
2-3:15 p.m. - First Session
3:15-4:30 p.m. - Second Session
3:30 -4:15 p.m. Students Only: Snow Cones at the Fidel Student Center.
